    I purchased a home in Red Bank that had a considerable history of water in the basement issues. Chris Dean and his team came highly recommended from my home inspector, who also was a structural engineer. Mr Dean explained the process and how long it would take to fix. I did get another estimate but the other did not offer the warranty AAFKO did. Chris' team was professional & worked efficiently. The basement was repaired into better than new condition.
